I've been wrapping in the evenings recently to wind down a bit. I thought I'd round up the strays and post a bit of what I've done over the past few weeks. You might recognize some of the cabs, others were wrapped before I set up a cab photoshoot. Kansas Dendritic Milk Opal Wonderstone/Rhyolite/something or other - I had this chunk of really cool rhyolite that I brought to the first WWR trip. It was full of those round/square/circle sections, joined together. The larger sections would then break between the distinct area. But the smaller sections held together for a cab or two. This is a very narrow cab (about 3/8" at the widest section) Mexican Lace - this was one of my first cabs (okay, maybe my 9th or 10th cab ) and has been hanging out in my cab stash for the past 3 or 4 years. It was finally time to wrap it. WWR Plume Whalebone Ocean Jasper Something or other that I used to know the name of - feels like Moody Green when you cab it (soapy/silky feel) And last - rock/slab box wraps Koi Jasper Unknown - Lee Parker added it to one of the boxes Unknown - added by Catmandewe to one of the boxes Enjoy!

Ronda: WOW, you do really beautiful work, had to scroll these many times! They are all outstanding, but the milk opal, ryolite, WWR Plume and Moody Green wraps really stand out, simply elegant! Amber PS-The photos are excellent!

Oh Ronda, they're gorgeous. Each wrap accents the stone so well. Love how the wire screams lace on the mexican lace. Jo

Wow! I'm impressed by your work. Your wraps and cabs are so elegant! My favorite one of this group is the lace agate.

Those are beautiful Ronda! I love your style - the flow and simplicity (without being..simple...) - these are really really nice! I think the "something or other" is my favorite - I love the way those ends swing around to the front.

They are all gorgeous but my absolute favorites are the Milk Opal for it's incredable elegance in the wire work and soft pastel and pattern in the stone along with the Ocean Jasper. I love how the wire work leads the eye to the stone.

Thank you guys! Infinity - I've been wrapping for about 4 years now, but my style has changed over the years. This was my first wrap (craft wire): This was my first wrap with round silver wire (Michael's silver wire, with a smaller gauge round wire for bindings) Still using round only wire, but a couple months later: Round, with 1/2 round bindings (finally!): A coupld months later: Moving up to square wire:
