Okay, I give in. What is an FRB? Is it a "full rock box"? You've got me stumped otherwise.

A "FRB" is a postal Priority Mail Flat Rate Box. They come in several sizes, and the postage is set per box, not by weight. There is a weight limit, but you can not get that much rock in one. The boxes are free from the PO, you pay when sending.
