Yes, welcome! I didn't realize there were that many people in Saskatchewan, let alone rockhounds! Chuck

Thanks for the warm welcome all.
Saskatchewan has lots of people....the city I live in is now up to 29 since I moved in lol
It is a beautiful place and I am lucky enough to live close to some suprisingly good rockhounding locations.
My initial interst was in fossils (fish from Wyoming, I lived there for 18 months and spent most of my non-winter days at the fish quarries just outside of Kemmerer). Lately I have been introduced to rock cutting, shaping and tumbling and am very interested in learning all I can about that.
From what I am reading, I will learn a lot here, and meet some wonderful people along the way.
Thanks again all, have a good one!
Pam

Hi Pam, welcome to this board. Just don't forget about our club now that you are on a site with more than 19 members. Can never get enough rock talk anyhow.

No worries there Scott, I love our "better than a star trek convention" club lol
Did you say 19 members?? pretty soon the ERC is going to have a bigger population than my town lol.
And you are right Scott, there is never too much rock talk
