A while back I cut some misc. pieces and have been gluing them together here and there. Today I had the chance to finish 3 of them..

Bruneau framed Brazilian

Fossil Bryozoan framed Palm Root

Dino and Montana framed Bloody Basin. I'm most pleased with this one

The first one is fabulous, it looks like you added red tape & somehow got a mirror finish over it
The second one looks like something is immerging from a prehistoric egg - awesome

Maybe that's what he did, and then painted it with laquer to get the shine ;D

Beef they are beautiful! I like the 2nd one best but that last one is really cool too. I think you chose very nice complimentary materials, I think that is the key to great intarsia finding pieces that work together and do not take one piece away from another!
