Jack, Some of the batch are PERFECT as they are the hard rocks.The others are softer and we know what happens when we mix rocks of different hardness.lol
A clean up load will lead to some good and some bad rocks for the above reason. The glass should be done on it's own with no rocks whatsoever.
Do the glass as you do the obsidian and you should do fine.
One half glass 1/2 filler is a good way to start.

I like the smokey quartz! Was that slag glass or sea glass you were tumbling? I don't know anything about tumbling, except that I like a shiney tumbled stone and pics of them! You will figure it out! Amber

I think for a clean up batch, you did a great job on the harder stones. They have a beautiful shine! I have to agree with Connrock. Separate out your glass and wait till you have another batch of glass and throw it in. I think you will be happier with the shine if it is done on it's own with a lot of cushioning. Fran

Amber Not sea glass just a Blue bottle I broke up and polished ( or rather Tried to ) I have done a green one before
