Today has been a test in patience, perseverance, and the ability to control ones self from grabbing a beer and saying fu (oops) .... screw it!!
The vibe now ... after adding a huge amount of tumbling rock I had set aside, is now moving like the YouTube video.
Mind you .... I have everything in there (as instructed .... MORE ROCK), including the kitchen sink.
There may be, probably are some that are softer than what should be included (not by much though) in this batch .... BUT .... I do not care.
I just want to find my groove, my way of properly putting together a vibe batch so I do not have to worry and question myself every 5 minutes.
I find it very funny though that when I started in January, started tumbling in my beginner and closely following Lortone 33B everywhere I turned and everyone that had input said "rotary tumbling is NOT an exact science".
With the VIBE .... that is NOT the case. Vibe tumbling IS an exact science. It is also a test of ones patience and ability to adapt when all those whose opinions matter a great deal if not matter for all time .... you (me in this case) can adapt quickly, be willing to dump, rinse, and start all over. This I have done at least five times in the past 2 1/2 days.
I think my meltdown is over .... my dog is calm and not sneezing ... now .....
I am going into the kitchen and get myself a BIG glass of Chardonnay!!!
The rest of you slaves and heathens ... ;D I'm gonna play some online poker, maybe kick someones butt in spades, and then I will try to get my butt kicked in gin rummy.
Life is good!!!
In the meantime .... I will be (probably lurking) hanging around to check in to see what other notes I need to write down. I have not been able to progress in this hobby in its vast nature without everyone here helping me along and guiding me if I were the only person on the planet to start this stage of the game.
Enjoy yourself kids with my sensitive nature right now .... it will be gone soon and I will be back to me usual and rather kicky (KICKY .... NOT KINKY) self.

Jiggy is life is great and wonderful no matter which way you turn. Jiggy is never bad .... it is the best of all of us.
