Great looking batch and your usual fantastic shine. I've got some Flint Ridge in coarse right now and hope they come out that nice.....Mel

Where is Flint Ridge? This looks very similar to some Ohio Flint that I bought about a year ago from The Rock Shed.
It really does take a nice shine.

Nice stuff. I know this is a dumb question, but is this kind of flint the same kind that maybe a boy scout would use to create sparks and a fire?

Beautiful material and beautiful tumbling! That brecciated stuff is wild. I would have never guessed the material to be flint!

Gosh what a beautiful batch!! Love those pastel colors and the brecciated pieces are top notch! Flint is so underrated, it comes in such beautiful colors! And you can sure shine a stone! Amber

Thanks for the compliments everyone!
150fromFundy, I've seen pictures of that Ohio flint the Rockshed was (is?) selling, and although they don't specifically call it Flint Ridge flint, it looks like a dead-ringer for it, so it's either from Flint Ridge or from a very similar formation.
