After paying my rent so late last month, rent is already late again. Plus my truck insurance is late, my internet payment is late (I'm surprised it's still on), and my storage payment is late. I've been trying hard to find a "real job" still, but no luck yet. And if I didn't already have enough problems ... my truck's out of service right now, too. Sheesh! But, ya know what, the last few days, for some reason my attitude has picked-up, even though my situation still hasn't changed. I can't help but have the feeling that something good is bound to happen soon.
I need to come-up with almost $500, ASAP, so I'm putting this and two other auctions up now, and I'll be putting as much other stuff up for sale as possible in the next few days, between trying to fix my truck and following-up on two remotely possible jobs (if I can get to them).
So, I went into my stash again, and pulled-out some more real nice stuff to put up for auction. There's agate from Agate Road, agate from O-w-l-h-o-l-e Springs, two pieces of a cool black stone that I can't ID, two pieces of "Brimstone" (nickname ... COOL stuff!), and a real pretty picture stone I took in trade. All I can say is, if you like it, can use it, and can afford it, PLEASE bid. The shown stones weigh over 14 pounds, and the rest of the flat rate box will be filled with a variety of stones which I normally sell, or you can request what you'd like. The auction will end Wednesday, June 10th, at 6PM Pacific time.
Another problem I currently have (yup, another one) is that my PayPal debit card expired. I wasn't able to confirm my address through PayPal because they verify your address electronically with the bank which you use to register your account, and that bank account has been overdrawn for a while, so it wouldn't verify, and they couldn't send a replacement debit card. On Friday, I transferred funds from my PayPal account to my checking account, to finally pay my overdraft, and it should hit Tuesday or Wednesday. THEN, they'll be able to confirm my address and send me a new debit card, which will take 7 to 10 business days. UGGHHH! ... SOOO ...
In the meantime, getting my payments will be delayed. Until I get my replacement PayPal debit card, the fastest and easiest way for me to take payments will be Postal money orders. Once you send it, I'll have it in 2 or 3 days and can cash it immediately at my bank. If you use PayPal, I'll have go through the process of transferring the money from my PayPal account to my bank account, plus it takes several business days for it to finally hit my bank account. However, I CAN still take PayPal payments (groovatism@hotmail.com). I also accept personal checks, but they take the longest due to mail time, depositing it in my bank, then waiting for the check to clear. This will all be moot in a couple weeks, but in the meantime, it's a huge PITA. I probably should have tried to make a long story short, but TOO LATE!
