As some of you probably noticed in my recent post about my Highland Park saw acting up after only some forty or fifty years I contacted Diamond Pacific via email. I received a nearly instant response, with the offer of copies of the original drawings for my saw. Not only did I receive the drawings when I took them up on the offer, but also a parts list, and copy of the orignal instructions that had been supplied with the saw. When I inquired as to the cost of thes material, I was informed there was no charge. This is what I call great customer support. When one considers that Diamond Pacifice neither built, nor sold this saw, this really shows honor, and intergity form a company. Woody

As I understand it Diamond Pacific purchased Highland Park from Contempo Lapidary that purchased it from MK that bought it when HP went belly up. Along with the purchase was a shipping container full of parts. Almost none are in their catalog but available by phone. Best to speak to Don Depue at Diamond Pacific.
