My vibe died last weekend ...

I want to thank John too for hooking me up with some new groove bits to try out, he is always most helpful!!! For a man that travels the US he is so timely in his responses and getting problems resolved! And if he can't help he directs you to another merchant who can! That is customer service!

I'm shopping for a new AmeriTool 8" flatlap, and JSGems right now has the best price around - came here to see if anyone had experience buying from him and it would see he's an okay kinda guy. Any qualms from anyone ? I'd like to buy this weekend and feel confident.

Kristine, you'll love your Ameritool. I can only echo everyone's comments on John. Even though he's out an about traveling around doing shows, he always gives you the best service like you are his only customer! Love ya John!

I'm SO excited ! My Ameritool 8" lap arrived today, and I can't wait to start playing with it ! I have to wait till the weekend, but I couldn't be more excited |

John is awesome and a great guy. He sold me some blades that just tear through rocks like there's no tomorrow, and was very helpful in picking out the right ones.

I bought an Ameritool 8" flat lap, an Inland dop station, wax and an optivisor from John. The complete order arrived a couple of days ago and I am tickled pink! He is easy to talk to and very, very helpful. This is a guy you can trust.
