OK all of you wanting to see photos... be careful what you ask for! Ha ha. The following photos were taken of my beach rocks after they went through a pre-polish Borax burnish. At this point they hadn't gone into the main polish stage yet. The rocks are dry in the photos. Oh, and I hadn't yet gone over the cracks & crevices with a fine toothbrush either. Nevertheless, I love them already!!! I have them in the polish stage right now. This is my first batch ever, and I am using a vibe. It's funny. I'm no rock expert, and I have no clue what kind of rocks these are. I tend to categorize my rocks by what they remind me of. So, here you go:

Yay, pics! ;D ...those look great, they should shine up nicely. Be sure to run another burnish stage after the polish. This definitely makes a difference.

Thank you! Go figure though, I'm learning from the best!
Yes, beach rocks are cool because they already went through the rough stage. Which ones appear to be jasper?
It's now been about 12 hours in the polish, and I just pulled one out to check its progress. You know it's a good sign when you go to dry it off & think something's wrong with the towel!

Erica, I think those have turned out really nice! My favorite is the second from the last, it looks like a spiderweb inside a rock. How pretty.
