All of the cabs here were made by Akansan. I bought the two lace agates from her and she sent three other cabs to me as well! She rocks! I sat down and wrapped four of them this afternoon. Here they are: Green stone (I'm not sure what it is) Wrapped in copper. Back What I think is a montana agate. Wrapped in gold filled. The back Mexican lace agate #1 wrapped in sterling silver Backside This last is my personal favorite. It's a mexican lace agate wrapped in sterling and gold filled. I decided to name it 'the peacock' And the back Well, there they are. What do you think? Rebecca

I can totally see why you call that last one a peacock! I never would have thought to turn the stone that way to wrap. I can't remember the name of the first stone. It's like Moody Green in feel, but it's not Moody Green. The second stone is Polka Dot Agate. And then of course the two Crazylaces. I can't remember what the third stone I sent looked like, though.

I love the silver and gold together and it brings out the yellow in the lace. My favorite is the Green stone I like the copper against it. You did a really nice job on these wraps.

I sure like what you are doing with the concentric circle ends! They all look fine! Tony

Thanks everyone. You know, the first mexican lace agate is going to be the birthday present but the other mex. agate found a home today too. I'm pleased about that! Another lady wants me to make her a pendant and earring set. WOW!!! Someone also pointed out that the top one with the green stone and the copper looks like a pineapple. It kind of does. (I always knew there was something subtly fruity about me and my work....)
