Very nice batch! Did you get those pebbles along the shore north of the Ventura River? They sure look similar to what I used to pick up along Ventura and Santa Barbara County beaches....Mel

Thanks for all the kind words AND helping me out with my first batch! I can assure you that it would not have turned out as well if I had not received the expert advice and wisdom from all of you.
Mel, Very perceptive. I collected these from Jalama Beach in Santa Barbara County and Moonstone Beach In Cambria, CA. The area you mention north of the Ventura River sounds interesting, as it is closer than the above two beaches. Would that be Emma Wood? I had surfed there before.

Erica, those are wonderful!!! I second everyone else's comments here. I love the smoothness, roundness of that batch. The rocks I find around here need weeks to months in the rotary to achieve that kind of shape. Great job!!!!

MrP, JEFFD, Mel, Fran, Brian, Jo, Dan, Saskrock, Jack, Randy, and Bonnie - Thank you, and thank you again! I love you guys!!
Jo - Thanks darlin! The blue-green ones mostly came from Moonstone Beach in Cambria. I hope to go there again this summer. It's a nice road trip up the coast. I like the crackling effect too. Gives them character~
Randy - Thanks!! and Yes Sir!
Bonnie - Thank you my dear! I'm lucky because I have the big blue ocean doing the course grind for me.
