My motor died. It was made by Universal Electrical Company. Here are the specifications: 115 volts 60 cycle 1.6 amps 1550 RPM Model 203-005A Serial Number 4W37077A I've tried various on line "we have every motor you could possibly want" companies with no luck. Can anyone help? Thanks, Susan

I found this online.....hope it helps.... John Question. I have several Star Diamond saws and polishers, etc. that I just inherited. What has become of that company. I have not been able to locate a website for it. Does it still exist or has it changed its name or what? Answer. Barranca Diamond Products Inc. took over Star Diamond a couple of years back. You can reach Barranca at 310-523-5867. They are located in Gardena, CA. www.barrancadiamond.com

I checked out the ebay auction and emailed the seller to confirm the shaft diameter. No answer yet. If I don't hear from them I will try barranca. Thank you both for the help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally got a reply on the ebay auction. Looks like a perfect match. I compared it (at $19.99) to where the man I talked to said they probably came from (he buys damaged freight auctions) at Graingers. The same spec motor is over $100 through them. Looks to be a pretty commonly used motor for tumblers. Thank you all for the help!!!!!
