AS i don't have the means to grove a cab as I've seen on this site before , i was thinking of how i can use my work force. Using plexi to raise the table so only a small portion of the blade is exposed, and a plexi fence to rotate the cab against. Any thoughts on this ?

The idea sounds great, only take care at the thickness of the blade. It might be pretty thin.

PS. The cut through that plexi raising table might be pretty tight, close to the blade that protrudes through it. This way you will have a good control of the depth.

I think a tile blade would be too thick, giving you too wide a groove. A low cost way would be a "V Wheel" in a drill or rotary tool. Those are about $7. You would need a steady hand.

I also think the tile blade would be too thick. Get some 20 gauge wire and compare it to the kerf of the blade.
I'm learning to groove using a Dremel with a diamond wheel mounted in the Dremel drill press ("workstation"). I need to create jig to control the depth of the cut; shouldn't be hard.
