:help: I need a little help from anybody who has any experience with Inland's "twin spin" machine. I'm using the polishing wheel and following their instructions, ie mix 1 tsp cerium oxide polish with 8 tsp water and "paint" the wheel. However, after about 3 seconds of polishing a given cab, it dries up and starts dragging. And no improvement in sheen nor removal of grinding marks is apparent. If anybody has used one of these, please give me some advice as to how to make it work a bit better? Thanks,
Tom

Never used one. The"pulling" is common to all buffing wheels. Keep a water spray bottle handy and spritz when it starts to pull. Also, cerium is a final polish. You will never remove grinding marks with any polish. All scratches, saw marks etc. are removed in grinding and sanding steps prior to polish. Polish will make these things more apparent.
