Here are pictures of the other barrel of my Lortone. Dam ... I love this rotary!!!
This batch is my first attempt at working with one rock. I got this great bag of spectralite from an RTH'er and really have no idea what it would look like. But after checking this batch this morning, this rock is cool.
It seems to be black with lots pf prisms(?) or layers of very cool reflective blues.
I also (soon to be posted) finished my first vibe batch (the batch from hell) and pulled the spectralite that I had added a while back to the vibe.
The vibe beat the crap out of the spectralite. The rotary appears to be more conducive for spectralite.
The awful looking spectralite are the ones I pulled from the vibe and am now adding to this ongoing batch.
I started this batch June 26th and this morning started it in 120/220.
The first four pictures are from the rotary and are pictured wet. The last three are from the vibe and are dry. I suppose I am trying to save the beat up ones.
