Hi Julie, I think that all came from me. It looks like some of the more solid blocky moonstone and some that had the smoky quartz running through. The latter tends to be a little softer while the more solid tends to be harder. I think it is a good idea to run them in the vibe. It would be best to run with Mohs 6-6.5 material. Why not cut into chunks with your saw (if possible), to check the hardness and to start off with clean chunks. That's what I do anyway.

Okay .... so what I am hearing is that the Chrysacolla is out of the question as it is between 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 mohs. This makes sense.
Clean up the moonstone and smokey and run together along with the red jasper. Use a lot of cushion including the scrap rock (small).
Will break out the saw tomorrow after work (hopefully), will clean up the edges and bigger pieces. After looking at all three bags, I have more than enough for a full batch.
Thanks Nature .... as always ... Now I can't wait until it is finished!
I know .... patience ............
ps .... since the spectralite is about 6 mohs .... I should be able to add this without damage ... Yes ...? No ....?
