I just got back from my vacation to Oregon where we had our 50th high school class reunion. There were 16 out of 20 who showed up, some of which I haden't seen for 50 years. Lot of fun! This is a 3" tall Brazilian with a rather unique pattern. Bob

Welcome back Bob! I am glad that you enjoyed your reunion. I am always afraid of those. I had a big class and just don't remember most of the people ...Have to look them up in the year book. I love this Brazilian! The pattern is just fantastic! Fran

Bob, Really Cool! You certainly do find the most unusual patterns in Brazilians that I've seen. That has got to be a chinese symbol for something...gotta go looksy. Steve

We really enjoyed our trip. Our goal was to go to the reunion. We didn't have any plans after that except to " go to Portland". I haven't been there in 55 years. We often don't do specific plans for our vacations, just follow our noses. I did want to go to Powells Bookstore. We ended up at the wrong location but it still was great. Took a jet boat ride on the Willamete River, toured the submarine USS Blueback (it brought back many memories of my submarine service) and head back down the coast. A real frustration was an attempt to visit the Rice Museum of Minerals and Gems near Portland. The advertisement in a local tourist magazine talked about it (world's largest Opal filled thunder egg) but the hours it is open wasn't listed. We figured 10 a.m on Tuesday wouldn't be any problem. PHOOEY!!! It was only open from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday!!!! We didn't wait around for it to open. Has anyone ever been to this museum? I was happy to get back home so I could resume cabbing, though. Bob

Great trip you had, meeting your former colleagues might had been a blast! The cab is a beauty, the pattern inside looks kinda like a key.

What a beautiful cab Bob! I love the shape you used for it. The pattern looks to me like a developing dinosour.
