G'day mates, I have shaped a few preforms and thrown them with some ather stuff for a couple of weeks in 80 grit and am thinking they are ready for 220 grit, I only use a rotary, after an earlier thread I thought I would ask for opinions. thanks ppork

I'm still learning myself, but I'd pull out the few that have dimples and pits (run them agian in a future 60/90 stage) and move the majority to the next stage (120/220).
Nice batch.
Darryl.

I don't see any with dimples or pits, but I agree that is the right approach. From what I can see, they look ready to move on.
You've got some nice ones there.

Yeah Jo looks like the tail of the mermaid from my poem "mermaids tear", a while back, I just hope that it takes an even shine cause sometimes the light wood is a bit porous....ppork
