Greetings all - a buddy of mine asked me to try and sell a piece of equipment for him. It's an old Frantom cab unit. It has 2 carbide wheels... sanding drum (pre expando drum) and a new wooden polishing pad (ready to wrap with what-ever you use for polishing). Also now comes with two diamond wheels.... used but has good life left. This buddy of mine is a fantastic Machinist and has completely rebuilt this machine. It has new paint, bearings, water lines, wooden base, V-belt, wiring and more. The machine looks fantastic! He said he'd prefer to have the machine picked up due to the weight he really cannot ship it (due to a stroke). He's asking $375.00 for it and it's ready to start grinding! Oh the machine is located in The Dalles, Oregon. Feel free to PM me or email at oregonthundereggs@embarqmail.com Thanks much!

Now, that is a nice little table top unit. Wish I could jump on it, seems like a fair price.

I had a combo unit like it with a 10" saw attached. They are very nice units, equal in quality to Highland Park. The owner of MK knew the owners, a couple named "Fran" and Tom". Trivia alert.

Yeah it's a nice unit... I'd buy it myself, however I don't need it as I have a genie.... If I did get this unit, I'd upgrade it just a smidge... I'd replace the carbide wheels with diamond... and change the sanding drum to a solid rubber expando. This type of machine works great for the cab maker as well as the flitnknappers like it for pressure (flake over grind) flaking.
Thanks for the write in!

LOL - guess that's what happens when you post to the board late nights! The machine now includes 2 diamond wheels used but with life... and he dropped the price to $375.00 for it.
Thanks for the note... can't believe I spaced the important part lol - well actually I didn't I just posted it to the above original listing. Not the newest post I did.
