Create your avatar 100x100 pixels, upload it somewheres on the web like in a photobucket account or on your web site - like mine. Go to your profile, click on modify profile, scroll down to avatar URL, type in the location of your image....DONE!

If you don't do photo editing, send me you picture and I'll resize it and send it back.
