I have a Lilly in my yard that just comes up randomly like a wildflower. I've never seen one like it before. It grows to about 9 feet tall. It always blooms in Aug. which is a strange time for Lillies to bloom. Here is what the leaves look like. Thanks! Curt

Lillium regale "Album" or alba as I know it. alba meaning white. It is a variety of trumpet lily , should have a very sweet fragrance as well. I would say yours is getting taller than the typical 6' because of reaching for the sun. Beautiful lily- trumpet lilies rule period! smell sweeter than the oriental- orientals give me migraines-mid summer to fall blooming, pick up after the asiatics and orientals are done.
