Get a rockhounding Utah book like Gem Trails. It will get you in the right areas. We collected around Hanksville especially South in the Henry Mountains. It was a long time ago. There was a rock shop (Shirley's) in Hanksville that was for sale but they may have some for sale. Old man Shirley had quite a pile there when we were there. He died last year I think.

thanks for the hint John,
Mary Ann, that's the other Jo. We're full time rv'ers too, but have been for 9 years. & yes, we sold the house. to one of our kids, then hit the road. just love living this way.
thanks for the invite. we'll try real hard to swing by that way. otherwise, we may have to do it another time. coprolite is one of my very favorite rocks.
thanks again, jo
