Yowza! Made my mind speed up, lookin at the top!!! LOL Its easy for them to get "too busy". You start out basic and next thing you know, the wire has taken on a life of its own. LOL. I like simple myself but other than that.....great stone and your bindings are nice and tight. Shan

I like clean and simple but somehow, with that stone it looks right. If you decide it is too much, just trim some of the wire off and reshape. That is the great thing about wire wrapping, you can redo those areas and you decide you want to. Fran

Thanks, everybody - you've convinced me that I'm at least thinking in the right direction! I got all engrossed in trying to make the curlies all nice and perfectly round, and ended up with way too much "froo-froo", as my sister puts it. The other thing I experimented with on this one was, I took a foot of the square wire, twisted it real tight, then used it to bind the bail. The remainder makes 2 of the "too much" curlies. I won't do that again, either. Lessons learned, right? ;D Thanks, Tom
