My AR6 tumbler barrel is only used for coarse tumbles. I've added a 1/4" thick rubber liner to the lid to prolong it's life. As rocks become ready for the next grit I remove them and replace them with whatever I've cut lately. It's kind of like the pot of gumbo that never goes empty because something new is added whenever the level gets low. This is a picture of the lid: This is what came out of it this weekend. About 1/3 of this stuff went to the 120-200 grit bag to wait it's turn. Most notable was a Royal Sahara nodule I'd cut and some Bots.

Good idea and that Royal Sahara has it's own natural frame. Can't wait to see it shine! Karock
