Cool. We have some in upstate NY in a town called Ovid. We drive by there on the way camping a few times a year but have only seen them twice. The live in a huge fenced in wooded military facility so are naturally protected. It's a good thing because knowing what I know of many hunters up here, some ass would shoot them if they could.

That is amazing! I've always known that most species can have the occasional albino, but herds of them? WOW! How beautiful.

Those deer are fascinating. It's funny I've never heard of them. Probably because I'm quite a ways away from there.
In Wisconsin it is illegal to shoot an albino, but you can shoot a piebald deer. If they had one spot of brown fur anywhere, they'd be fair game.

Wow, how cool to learn something about albinos. I never knew that pink eyes were not an absolute identification feature.
