Today is the last day of my summer holidays, and I got a few cabs done. First the imports carnelian - NJ this one is NJ carnelian too, but the colored part is really thin and once the pits were gone..... teuschenite - NJ , This stuff is cool but really challenging to work Prairie Agate - SD The Locals A few gneiss Garnet in mica shist Limestone(maybe) this one has a little crack so might need to be reworked. a couple quartzite

Nice cabs! I've read about the NJ carnelian but thought it was all gone at this point. That teuschenite is cool, any idea where in NJ that comes from? You have a lot of interesting shapes in this batch.
