I tumbled the labradorite in 500 grit for the last 7 days. The surface on these has gotten quite a bit smoother. They haven't lost much mass but some of the fractures are spalling. I washed them and started them in recycled polish slurry which is pretty thick. Here's the photos The whole batch and a close up, kinda wet: The worst of the spalling, dry: Have a great weekend!

Tile spacers. They have worked pretty well for me since I picked up the idea on this forum. Now I'm thinking about airsoft plastic pellets for rocks with broad flat surfaces, like slabbed preforms. Another trick I read about on these forums. You just can't beat the free flow of ideas.
