doesn't look like we'll have time to hit Utah  for this stuff, so was wondering if anybody knows any place in these 2 states? Thanks y'all |

I can't think of any bone or coprolite areas in Nevada. I do believe they find some bone and early dino stuff in the Chinle Formation ( Petrified Forest is in this formation) in Arizona. I'd be tempted to stop by one of the Museums at the Petrified Forest and see if they have any agatized bone or coprolite. I've not seen or heard of any big bone areas in either state with location information though.....Mel

thanks a bunch Mel. guess my dino days may have to wait til next year at this time. not that I need more stone, mind you. I'm not going to live long enough to work what I've already got, but I just leave the pretty stuff homeless.
