Howdy folks, I know all my tumbles look very similar *L*.Just a single pic of a mish mosh of stuff I took out of polish today so I can free up the tumblers for my great cab polishing experiment. Contains baby lakers as filler, Flint Ridge Flint, various poppy jaspers from around our old Hornitos ranch, bubblegums and prairies, flint from our ranch here in Texas, Arizona rainbow wood filler and a little of lots of other junk. Thanks for looking.....Mel

Fran: Yep the chocolate browns are flint from right around my house. It's fairly plain but really takes a fine shine.
NSR: Yeah, not too long ago I received a cab from one of our members that he cut from some rock I sent him but he could not get to take a good polish. It had such a beautiful pattern and shape that, as an experiment, I figured I'd throw in in the 33B with a whole bunch of baby lakers and plastic beads just to see how it would shine up. Well, to my surprise, it came out with zero damage and a mirror polish. So, I decided to do a mass production of cabs in this manner. I shaped and domed about 30 cabs of quartz materials, sanded them in the vibe with 110/220, and now have almost got them through the prepolish in the 33B. Next, they'll go into the final polish and hopefully, in a couple of weeks, I'll have 30 mirror polished cabs. I'll post the results whether they come out or not.....Mel
