My wife is making a trip from Las Vegas to Oklahoma along I-40. she wants to know where to find nice rocks not far off of I-40?
I am not happy that I am not going to go with her....she gets to hunt for rocks and I have to fly RC planes this coming week. LOL
one hobby or another. lol
she does not mind climbing around getting dirty/muddy...so please help us out here and give her soe good locations to find some nice petwood, agates, jaspers and any other really nice items of interest including fossils.

They will know of rock hunting area`s.

The Arizona home page has Fire agate hunting in the black hill`s area.

State home page`s on the web-site for more rock hunting.
