Stages 2, 3, and 4 say nothing about using water. Are these done dry or do I need to add water?

Are you using a rotary, or a vibe? Both need water, but which one will depend on how much water you need. If a rotary, it's done just like the first stage. If a vibe, (which I do not have, or have ever used) I believe it's the same as the first stage Marie

It's a rotary. Nice quick reply, thanks.

Just fill the water to just under the top layer of rocks and then add the grit. That should keep you going in the right direction. I will look forward to your post when you get them done! Just remember, it takes a lot of patients because the first cycle that usually says 1 week in the book can take up to 12 weeks in rough. Just depends on the stones. Good luck! Fran
