I have NEVER...NEVER ever received an order in several years from Kingsley that got to me. It always goes somewhere else and gets lost. This time I requested USPS, not FED/EX and they shipped it UPS.....guess what? It's lost. Last time I'll ever order from them. Wouldn't ship USPS because they don't use FRB's and said insurance was too high on orders over $225.
SHOULD HAVE ORDERED FROM JOHN OR ROCKLADY

Hmmm... I've ordered from them 2 or 3 times without the shipment getting lost. Maybe it's something about MO.

I've been buying all my Expando belts from Kingsley, and each order has gotten here in a very reasonable time and exactly as ordered. Had no problems with them at all.

Wow, I'm sorry to hear that. I've never had any problems, including 50lb bags of grit.

What everyone else said..........Im sorry you are having to go through that Ken. Dennis and I have both ordered from them many times and the orders have always arrived in a very timely manner and the merchandise in great shape. I have had no complaints (so far).
