Great site. Easy to get around. Nice pics. The nit-picker in me just won't be silent however. What else is new? Couple typos on the colored agate tumbling rough page: Each piece is at least 2-3 long.. I can fix 20 pounds in a medium flat rate box (Two periods, and fix instead of fit)

One other thing. On the store page, under the Rough heading you show pictures of two sold-out rocks. If I hadn't clicked on the actual word "Rough" I never would have known that you still had other rough available - just would have thought you were all sold out.
Plus I don't want to see pics of sold out material. If I'm on a site to buy rough, I don't want to see all the stuff I can't have. But I can also see listing it if you're expecting more of the same to come in - so folks will keep checking back.
Not saying any of your stuff is wrong -I don't have my own site. Just trying to give you a potential customer perspective.

Great stuff on the site. But I would have some sugestions about the browsing facilities:
- the "next page" and "previous page" buttons are very small and discrete, I missed them on my previous visit on your site wandering "what the heck, Mary Ann has only four slabs???" and now only your statement that you added new stuff made me discover them. Maybe you could increase a bit the font and modify that grey color?
- I don't know how hard would be to add some more pages buttons, not only the "next page" and "previous". There's no info about how many pages are in a section.
Once again great stuff there and the black background outlines very well all of them and it looks very professional.

Oh, I missed that next page button as well. You have lots more pretties on there than I thought.

Well, the red color of the "next and "previous" buttons are a great improvement, they are striking and cannot be missed any more Adrian

ty both very much. this is my first website and i love the feedback. we fixed the buttons yesterday and i'm glad to hear that they are easier to see now. I will work on the rough and add more so that it doesn't look like its all sold out. If you see anything else, please don't hesitate to tell me as its great to get the feedback from customers........ you know " the customer is always right" lmao

Customers are NOT always right - but right or wrong, feedback is usually useful.
Site is looking great - good luck.
