Well I wore myself out on Facebook, so thought I better get to the pile rocks that was taking over the basement! A few weeks ago Superioragates, Marie, asked me if I would make some gifts for her, of course I was flattered that she liked my cabs, but then the heartburn set in trying to make the stuff! LOL!!! So here they are Marie, tell me if you don't like like them and I will try again!!!! It was great getting to know Marie, she is truly a special person and so glad to have her as a friend!!! She wanted 2 belt buckles, red and green, 2 cabs of the same material, and a black cab. Red material from Biker Randy, I love this, and I hope he can ID-this is a whooper 38 x 52 mm, and darn hard to make a calibrated cab, Tony had to help me on this!!! LOL In the buckle Matching red cab: Green stuff-maybe a jade?? Belt Buckle-Tony will push prongs down, LOL!!! Matching Green Cab: Rainbow Obsidian, can't see rainbow!: Now Marie has to get busy wrapping!!! Deschuttes from HPD!! Love this stuff!! These were slabs from Stoneviews some I bought and some he gave us when we met him in AZ!!! Beautiful Imperial Jasper, the reflection outside is blocking some of the pattern, Tony said my outdoor photos are not so good, LOL Royal Velvet Obsidian: I love this stuff, again can't see the real pattern in the pic Mississippi Agate from thunder 69, love this piece! Thanks John! Chrysacolla with hematite from Kap, love this as well, nice and solid with no pits!!! Yeah! So then I found a few of Ralph's rejects and decided to see if they had life and sure enough they did, I have no idea what some of these are??: Green moss: Wonderstone: That was a lot of cabbing!!!! Enjoy!!! Amber

We can't say which ones we like the best because all were beautiful and well done. Lots of work and beautiful cabs. Guess the Deschuttes, Imperial Jasper, Rainbow Obsidian and the red stone caught our eye. Debby and Tom

You were absent for a good reason, I think your fingers hurt after so much cabbing and you couldn't type any more! I like them all very much, you definetely raised your standard lately, perfect shapes and KILLER shine on them! My favorites are the red set, the deschutes, the wonderstone and the obsidian. Adrian

Those are beautiful! I think that I like the green moss the best. The red stuff is brecciated jasper from Africa. Rockyraccoon sent me a big chunk of it about two years ago and I'm still cutting it up. Those belt buckles look perfect

Bikerrandy,
Have you seen or talked with Kim Rockyraccoon lately? I have been trying to touch base with her for awhile now and haven't been able to get ahold of her?
