I've had these sitting around for quite sometime. I used some of these for my Christmas ornament, and I'm gonna use some of the others for Christmas Presents. I'm thinking of mounting them on a bigger piece of Petrified Wood and Dino Bone. The Whole bunch (the piece of Wood that the 2 smaller ones are sitting on is From Adrian...THANKS ADRIAN!) Dino Bone B-Flies Polished end pieces of Dino Bone I may use for the project. I am still going through ideas in my head so if anyone has suggestions...I'd love to hear them! Steve

Great job with the butterly component pieces. A suggestion if I may - make sure each base contrasts with the butterfly you mount on it. That way people actually see and appreciate each piece, rather than losing sight of the beautiful bases they are mounted on. Very cool project.

Oh, glad to see you are using that pet wood as a support for your beautiful butterflies! What's that pink rock polished on its end, a limb cast? Adrian

Toad....Thanks for the suggestion. I think you're right about that. Adrian...the pink is an Agatized Dino Bone. Hardly any visble cell structure and 2 Cool little fortifications at each end. Amber...have you been a Good Girl this year?!?! Thanks Debby and Tom! Steve
