I pulled a barrel of rocks I polished off the tumbler this morning. I tried to take pictures but I had a heck of a time with the morning light. I'm going to have to make a light box and get a camera with better macro capabilities (or read the instructions on the one I have). Here's a few of the rocks laid out on 1/2" graph paper.

First I preshape, clean up, remove pits and fractures on almost everything I tumble with my WF saw. Then I average about 2 weeks in coarse, 1 week in 110, 1 week in 500 and 1-2 weeks in polish. Slabs usually need the two weeks to get past the hazy stage.
The first 4 jaspers were advertised as Owyhee on Ebay. #5 and #6 are Royal Sahara which I also lowballed on Ebay. I've seen so many distinctive jaspers coming out of the Owyhee on this and other forums with so many names that just plain Owyhee is generic. I'll go there some day.
