Hi all, A couple of months ago Jamie posted some new poppy jasper we had found while digging shattuckite on our claims. It was just kinda bland and not all that exciting (IMO). On my last trip to the claims I thought I would look for some more and ended up finding three separate veins of it. One of the veins really caught my attention as it was much more colorful as well as harder and the poppies are more defined. Cut some up and was pleasantly surprised. Thanks for looking! Rodney

Looks great. I like the red and pastels against the black. Shine some for us please.

Dang Rodney! That is cool looking stuff! Sort of reminds me of leopard skin which makes such beautiful cabs! The real poppy jaspers are always so fractured, and this looks nice and solid and should shine up nicely. I think you found a real good thing here!!!

Beautiful! If it had some blues and greens it could be mistaken for Ocean Jasper. Dave
