Hi all!
Its been great fun exchanging gifts the last few years during the holiday season and many members have expressed an interest in having one this year.......so lets do it!
PLEASE NOTE: No one is required to join in on the gift exchange. Many people celebrate different holidays and some, none at all. If you want to join in, great! If not, that is perfectly fine as well.
RULES/THINGS TO CONSIDER PRIOR TO SIGNING UP:
1. You must have been a member of this forum BEFORE the posting of this Official Gift Exchange thread.
2. The final day to sign up for the gift exchange will be Friday, November 20th. Although fun.......remember that joining in is an obligation as well. Everyone that sends a gift should be able to count on receiving one as well......we dont want anyone left out.
3. Participants should expect to spend $1.00-$20.00 ON POSTAGE. This price will vary according to package size, weight and package destination. The cost of the GIFT itself is entirely up to the sender. Remember that International shipping will cost more but dont let that keep you from joining in. Just let me know if you are unable to send a gift to an International member due to shipping costs.
4. I will notify all participants by PM on Monday, November 23rd, who they will be sending their gift to. I will "try" to match up participants according to what they have to send vs. what the recipient would like to receive but I can make no guarantees.
5. All Gifts should be shipped in order to arrive sometime between December 5th and January 7th, depending on holiday (see the USPS Holiday shipping cut off dates below). When you receive your recipients name and address on November 23rd, you will also be notified of which Holiday(s) they celebrate so that you can determine the necessary mailing date.
