I don't usually like beads - at all. This looks great. The white/ivory beads go great with the silver and tigereye. Great cab as well.

Mike, that is really nice - really nice. I started out with beading - waiting on some equipment then I can be a real rocker lol! How did you do your ends? where you have it attached to the jump rings? One consistent problem I am having is with the crimp beads. They just do not hold tight and hold well. Seems like they do at the moment but any tug on the necklace and off it all comes. Now a couple tips I have found- in wearing jewelry those twist together type clasps, they get tangled up in hair and poke your neck. At least they do on me. I prefer the hook and eye , it doesn't irritate the back of my neck. I can't tell if you used sterling or plated but on metal beads, sterling is best for overall wear. Now the silver plated if made well does hold up good- gold plated is crap , the finish will wear off and it dulls quick. You did really nice on that one. Good quality , looks like it will wear well. Good job

Thank you all! Well, kentucky, the metal beads are just plated beads. For my first experiment with beading I didn't want to go overboard with cost. My wife and everyone else seems to like it, so I will remake it a some point and use SS beads then. Plus, I can see what you are saying about that barrel clasp, I will probably change it too. On the ends, I used these little pieces called wire guards. And, I crimped them very tightly. I wanted to also use some type of bead crimp on the wire just before the wire guards, but I didn't have any at that time. I wanted to make sure it would not pull apart. The wire guards have two places to crimp. so I figured they should hold tight.
Thanks again ya'll; Mike
