You got a great finish on those, Fran! Don't you love the look of that goldstone once it gets that glassy look - all sparkly and everything! I have some purple and some green that I haven't had time to cut yet, but it's high on my list!
On mine that I did in the vibe, I polished one day with AO "final" from the Rock Shed, one day with Super Cerium, and one day with M-5 polish. The M-5 did the trick for me.

As I understand it, M-5 is lauded as one of the best polishes to use for "hard to polish" stones like jade, topaz, and obsidian. I don't know what the composition is, though. I got mine on eBay - there are many on eBay right now - I think they're always available. I plan to use it on the softer stones from now on.

Fran: THey look great as is but if you want them shinier for sure cerium is the best to use on glass and obsidian to get that wet shiny look. Love blue goldstone!!! Amber

they turned out very nice fran........ i sitll have a few pieces of the blue left. I love the color of the blue. i can't wait to see yours all wrapped up.
