I've got slabs in the slab bucket, and I've got some Cherry Hill I have not started to cut, but here is a really striking slab I bought. WescCoastMining on ebay is actually calling this stuff Red Cherry Hill and trying to develop a distinct variety. For the most part I am not onboard with the Cherry Hill hype. The pattern of lines is too busy for me to find patterns I like. Also each line is potentially the site of a poorly healed fracture. But this looked solid, and the lines were not too dense, and the shades of orange and blue were interesting, and of course the bold red curvy line was the clincher. When it arrived I was pleased to confirm that it is 100% solid. Maybe later this weekend I will do some virtual cabs.

Out-Freakin-Standing! That is a nice looking slab. Can't wait to see the cabs.

That one looks awesome but I would have the same concerns as you do. That it may have some unhealed fractures in it, especially along that dramatic red line. I sure hope it holds together for you because it will be fantastic if it does! Fran
