I have a 6" Hi-Tech Diamond Flat Lap machine up for sale. The machine is used and shows dirt. The company is still in business hitechdiamond.com/subdir2/lapmachine.htm - The machine I have is a older unit, works great and has 8 Lap Plates with it. It's not a complete machine as it's missing the water cup & could use more grits but still should work ok. The lap plates as well are used and some well used. I have both flat laps and dished "cab" laps which use the diamond compound. The lap plates I have are: - 260g Flat
- 1200g Flat
- 5000g Flat
- Tin Lap
- 325g Dished Lap
- 1200g Dished Lap
- 50,000g Dished Lap
A new machine "basic" with nothing sells for $425.00 The machine I have with all the lap plates I'd like to get $295.00 + Shipping

Dang wish I had the cash for this, I've always wanted one. If you don't sell it within the next month or two let me know, I might have the money buy then.

By the way, many commercial users throw away the stock water cup and use a`"big gulp" cup from 7-11. The hose slip fits in a 1/4" hole and has a plastic inline valve to regulate flow.

lol - sounds like I might have to open the Bank of Jason and offer a payment plan for this machine =) - Yeah keep me posted if you want it down the line... This is the only place I advertised it for now.
Also I forgot to mention in my listing - the cab laps it come with... these are not a pre-charged disc. These must be charged with the diamond paste in the syringes.
Great idea John - using a large cup would allow for a much greater volume of coolant.

Just to let people know I dropped the price on the machine. I'll take $255.00 for it + shipping - Tired of looking at good, unused items in my shop. Plus I keep tripping over it LOL
