Well I made some buckles and cabs for Marie, and told her that someday she could send me a afghan, well I swear she got busy because this beautiful afghan showed up at my door last week, along with some slabs and some of her beautiful potholders as well! Thank you Marie, I LOVE this blanket, as you can see someone else loves it too, Gracie, my cat!!!!! Marie you are a dear!!! See how the colors are perfect? ? Then I arrived home from work today to find a box of rocks from naturenut! Local material she gathered in all my favorite colors, pinks and blues and a piece of the local stuff with garnets!! Love that! Thank you Jo, that was a nice surprise. RTH has some great ladies!!! Amber

The afghan is very nice. I've done some crocheting so I know how much work that was. Nice rocks from Jo.

WOW, what an extraordinary gift! I cannot imagine how long took you to finish this afghan. WTG Marie! You are extremely generous and your generosity was aimed to one of the best targets here.

That is a really nice afghan and Gracie has good taste! Wow Marie, I didn't think I could be more impressed with your skills, but now I am. Glad you like them Amber. I really like the color combination of the salmoney pinks with the grey granite. There are some purples in with the greys too. Very pleasing colors for sure and I know you will make them beautiful!!! The Blue Quartz is from Chester County and can have some cool hematite, pink and green inclusions. Enjoy!
