Wonderful cabs Dan! Would you mind explaining your technique for photographing backlit cabs? I have a hard time with that.
Thanks

Wow! Normally I don't care for most intarsia cabs at all, but those are amazing! Excellent work! The jade compliments them well! I can't see any cuts in the jade, are they all a single piece? Also, any idea where that black jade is from?

Excellent work, as usual, but that seccond intarsia is breath taking! In fact, all the polka dot intarsias and cabs are my favorites.

All of them are striking pieces, but I like the intarsias best. Bob

Would you mind explaining your technique for photographing backlit cabs? I have a hard time with that. Thanks Nate I just turn the light towards me and hold the cab up. I then put my camera on macro and move it towards the cab until the light is all blocked by the cab, then take the pic.

I can't see any cuts in the jade, are they all a single piece? Also, any idea where that black jade is from? The edges are each individual strips, which I flat lap before gluing. I got the jade for these from Clint (Stoneviews). I believe it is from Arizona. Dan

Wow. Normally, I'm not a polka dot fan, but I have to rethink that now. Beautiful work.

Stunning Dan....really STUNNING! I can't even see any seams on those intarsia's. I love that Botswana and the 2nd Intarsia. The Cherry Creek is pretty darn spectacular too! I give them all a Standing Ovation. Steve
