After seeing all the GREAT knives Ken and everyone else were making I decided to try and make one for my Father-in-Law. I picked a Gerber 3 blade and used Nevada Wonderstone for the handles I think it came out OK for the first one I hope he likes it. Thanks for looking Keith

That IS very nice Keith! And who wouldn't like receiving a pocket knife as a present?

That is great work. I've been so tempted to buy one from one of the great artisans here, but I would literally never use it. Maybe as a conversation piece one day.

Looks great Keith. The wonderstone looks good on it too. It's hard to pick the right stone that is fracture free. You did a fantastic job. Ken

Looks great. You did a great job. I've been thinking of trying my hand at one of these. Do you guys buy the knive bodies and attach the Cabs? Where do you get the bodies from?

Wonderful Job!!! Ken makes some real beauties and truly inspires everyone to try their hand at it. You took the ball and ran with it and I know your father in law will love that knife! Fran

Toad, you'd really be surprised how much you use a knife once you start carrying one. I'd bet you'd eventually wonder how you got along without it! I've carried one every day for years, and couldn't get through the day without it! Nate
