Did a dozen pillboxes for a friend. Here are the 40 mm stones that I put on them. That's a bunch of beautiful cabs. I'd be dipping into the rainforest jasper box more often than the others.

Tom, depending on the stone, they run from $12 to $18. Plus shipping ($2-$3) Sent next day.

Probably get them at a pharmacy. I get mine at a t-shirt shop in Branson.
Take the paper and plastic off the top and replace with stones.

Yes sandsman, just send what you want on it and an extra slab for me and I'll do it for you. Bigger than 40 mm or 2".
