That is a really cool looking piece of coral. Never seen anyone knap a rock then cab it. Do you usually do that?

That is a really cool looking piece of coral. Never seen anyone knap a rock then cab it. Do you usually do that? yes I do that alot . You would have to see my rock piles in my yard to understand. I sell alot of flat rate boxes of coral to flintknappers and I do even more spalling and have chip/flake piles and its alot easier to knap a piece into a rough shape and then work it down than get on a saw and cut and shape and then grind etc. doesnt take as long with the knapping part. Now I couldnt knap an arrowhead to save my life not my thing but after years of spalling rock you get the hang of it pretty quick.
