That looks like my idea of FOOD ! When I make up a batch of soup, I use a 3 gal container. It is always better the 2nd day and really great the 3rd and 4th ! You have me wondering, WHAT is ESCAROLE ? I couldn't spot anything in there that looked unusual except a piece of veggie that resembled Artichoke heart.

Sands! Bring some of that back to Phila, big blizzard coming and boy that sure would be tasty, love wedding soup. Surprisingly the local Wawa here makes a very good soup. Lori-you are one special lady!

Sands, you make me laugh. You know I have a ton of fun sending it to you and even more fun seeing you cooking it. Last year he fried it up in some oil with, I think some shrimp, which I have been meaning to try.
Man, that really looks yummy and makes me not want to wait for my own Christmas meal.
Amber, back at you hon. With all the candy and cookies and stuff to eat being sent in Christmas packages, It just makes the holidays so warm.
Merry Christmas.
